Test Takers in China

  1. Your Official Second Generation ID card
  2. Your official second-generation ID card is required. This ID card will be accepted on test day. You are prohibited from taking photocopies of expired cards or breaking chips.

  4. On your Registration Confirmation, you will find your registration number. Log in to your online account the day before the test by entering your username and password. Once you reach your home screen, click View order(s). You can view your Registration Confirmation or print it from this page.

Test Takers from Outside China

  3. An acceptable, valid form of identification (ID).
  4. Do you remember the ID that you used to register for TOEFL (r)? Don’t forget that you must bring the exact ID to your test. The ID must be the same ID that you registered and it should include your signature and photo. You must have your ID document. If you don’t, you won’t be allowed to test. Also, you won’t get your test fee back.

You should arrive at least 30 min before the test starts, regardless of where you are taking the TOEFL (r) test.
